My career in the computer industry spans more than three decades, during which time I have gained extensive experience with a wide variety of systems, software, and peripheral equipment and have become proficient with several programming languages. I am currently serving as Senior Programmer Analyst for San Mateo Credit Union where I have been employed since 2005. As a freelance consultant, my clients included Broward Schools Credit Union,
Commonwealth Central Credit Union and San Mateo Credit Union and CGI Group Inc.
For my clients I wrote web apps for online auto loans, mortgage, HELOC,
membership and job applications using Perl and Mysql. Also created utilities to
extract application data and generate FNMA formatted data for the FICS LoanWare

1998 – 2003
Performed systems administration for Windows, Novel and SunOS as well as desktop support. Developed a browser-based report viewer and a delinquent loan collections system to provided alerts, tracking and reporting using Perl. Developed a simple targeted banner ad system for home banking.
Freelance Printed Circuit Designer
1993 – 1998
As a freelance printed circuit designer I provided design services for Belias Designs, Johnson Controls and Silicon Valley Consultants. I designed high-density, multi-layer SMT printed circuit boards for personal computers and peripherals as well as mechanical drawings using PADS-PCB design software.

1989 – 1993
Collaborated with hardware engineers and vendors in the development of PC motherboards, memory cards and hard disk controllers in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Created and maintained component library and trained group members in CAD system usage. Experienced in all aspects of PCB production including schematic capture, layout, manual routing and auto-routing. Produced mechanical drawings, Gerber data and CNC drill data.
Photo Lab Technician

1987 – 1989
Setup and operated a photo lab for the production of film used in the manufacture of hard drives. Created automation utilities to aid in the setup of plot jobs. Experienced in the operation and maintenance of DuPont film processor and Fire 9000 raster plotter.
